
Through my yoga practice, I was introduced to the human body's ability to heal through movement and I became fascinated with the mind-body connection. This interest inspired me to pursue training in therapeutic massage. Continuing to learn about the body's capacity for change has allowed me to partner with my clients in achieving their wellness goals.

Pain and inflammation are natural responses in the body’s process of healing. By tuning into these signals, we can support the body’s innate ability to heal and restore balance.
